ERSTE WWF STOCK ENVIRONMENT

With ERSTE WWF STOCK ENVIRONMENT, you are choosing a fund that invests in environmental companies worldwide with a focus on water treatment and supply, recycling and waste management, renewable energies and energy efficiency as well as mobility.

The increasing demand for solutions in these areas due to environmental problems such as water scarcity, rising waste volumes and the need for alternative energies is driving the growth of these companies. The cooperation between Erste Asset Management and WWF enables a sustainable investment strategy, supported by an environmental advisory board of WWF. Please note that investing in securities entails risks as well as opportunities.

ERSTE GREEN INVEST MIX

ERSTE GREEN INVEST MIX is a mixed fund consisting of equities and bonds . The shares are selected in the same way as the ERSTE GREEN INVEST equity fund . The focus is on energy, water and recycling as well as green transformation and adaptation of the economy. Why are the last two topics in particular important? In order to make the economy sustainable, traditionally energy and environmentally intensive sectors in particular need to change. The fund therefore invests in companies that are among the pioneers when it comes to making the environmentally harmful processes of the “old economy” more sustainable.

A measurable positive impact on the environment and society is also at the forefront of the investment decision in the bond part of the fund. To this end, investments are made in green bonds issued by governments, government-related and supranational issuers and companies. The proceeds of these green bonds are used by the respective issuer to finance environmental and climate protection projects. The fund has been upgraded to an Article 9 product, making it a pure impact mixed fund - one of the first of its kind in the German-speaking world.
